A well thought-out, functional design is paramount for designer Ernst Koning. This is reflected in the Ring design. The Ring floor is a modern, open floor lamp with a timeless character and enormous light comfort. The LED lighting is built in in a smart way, so you do not look directly at the light source, which makes the lamp ideal for next to a desk or reading corner. Thanks to the openness of the fixture, the Ring has a fine light distribution and the uniform light ensures that there are no harsh, unwanted shadows. The perforations in the steel provide a subtle decoration and at the same time let the light through. This stimulates curiosity, an effect that the designer likes to evoke in his designs.
